How well do I need to know Ungerboeck Software to attend the conference?

The 2017 Asia-Pacific Conference is designed for those new to Ungerboeck right through to our longstanding users, so whether you are a new user or a seasoned veteran, you are sure to find many sessions that will appeal to you. Please note: registration is open to current Ungerboeck customers only.

I already know a lot about Ungerboeck Software. Should I attend?

Absolutely! Over 80% of our attendees have attended previously. Even if you're already an expert, this conference will provide you with an opportunity to increase your knowledge and network with peers.

I am unable to attend the conference at this time. Are the conference materials available for sale?

Conference materials are only available to conference attendees.

Do you have any details about the Customer Appreciation Event, I heard it's going to be the best one yet?

You heard correctly! This event is going to be like none other we have hosted thus far. Without giving away too much, just picture yourself dining alongside dolphins while feasting on some of the freshest local cuisine available to the Gold Coast. Do you have a list containing all pre-conference deadlines for important dates?

YES! We have released a Countdown to Conference Calendar. This calendar includes all pre-conference due dates including Early Bird rate ending, right through to Accommodation booking. What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your registration, the following cancellation policy will be enforced:


  • Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the conference are fully refundable minus a $75 administrative processing charge
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the conference will forfeit 50% of the registration fee
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the conference will forfeit 100% of registration fee
  • Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the start of the Training Academy will forfeit 50% of the total fees for all registered courses.
  • Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the start of the Training Academy will forfeit 100% of the total fees for all registered courses.
You may substitute registrants at any time prior to the conference.
